Graphite PTFE Packing
Graphite PTFE packing is braided from flexible graphite yarns,which are reinforced by cotton fiber, glass fiber,etc.Mix nrmal graphite packing with carbon fiber, synthtic fiber, or metal alloy wire(respectively) can be improved the reliability, the temperature and chemical resistance for longer packing life and can be used in any application.
Graphite Packing with PTFE Corner
The corner of packing are made of graphite yarn with PFTE yarns corner eave,while the friction faces are made of graphite yarns.It offers the strength of PTFE fibers,the thermal dissipatiing and low friction property of graphite.The graphite paeticle in packing enhances the heat exchange effective.
Application
Apply to high temperature, high pressure working conditions, the paper industry, power plants, refineries and other need for effective sealing of valves, pumps, expansion joints, mixers, blenders.
